What I Love…
Hiking ~ I love to go off into the woods to have peace and solitude and get a little exercise too.
Art ~ I can’t draw a zebra that looks like a zebra, but I do consider myself an artist. I love creating and filling my life with beautiful colors.
Journaling ~ Getting my thoughts on paper helps me sort things out and make decisions.
Meditation ~ I sit quietly in the morning to practice bringing my mind back to focus when life gets chaotic.
The Beach ~ There’s nothing like salty air when I need to clear my head.
Cooking ~ It is rewarding to create delicious food that you know is healthy because you know exactly what you put in it.
